Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all Michu Australia tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5 business days.
